Walk through the Old Medina of Malaga
Overview of the tour in Malaga
In our approximately hour and forty visit, we will travel back in time to the period between the 11th and 15th centuries to discover the true history of the conquest from the Muslim point of view, as well as the hidden corners of the old Malaga medina, a jewel of the Nasrid kingdom of Granada.
We will take a pleasant and interesting walk through the historic center where we will visit what were the main enclaves of ancient Malaka. A completely different vision to the traditional explanation of such famous places as the Plaza de la Constitución, the main square of the Muslim era; the cathedral itself, where the main mosque of Malaga was located; or the Atarazanas Market, the city's old shipyard, among other places of interest.
In addition, we will talk about such fascinating factors of Muslim civilization as traditions, words, and the secrets of urbanism itself.
