Hello! I'm Charlie, your tour guide.
Our meeting point will be at Félix Sáenz Square n/n (unnumbered) next to the Golden Birdhouse. You will find us with a sky blue umbrella and a turquoise flag that put TOURS.
*Please, it is necessary to confirm attendance by responding to the email that you will receive from the guide in a few minutes via email or WhatsApp message. If we do not receive confirmation 1 hour before the Tour, the place will be canceled.
*It is recommended to arrive a few minutes early at the meeting point so that the group can leave at the scheduled time.
*In case of canceling the reservation, please do so with a 24-hour notice, so the guide can accommodate attendees who have been left without a spot.
Things to note
The Tour is held with a minimum of 2 attendees. If the number of attendees is not reached on the day, the Tour may be changed in date and time. If you are ultimately unable to attend, please cancel your visit at least 24 hours in advance, so that other attendees can take advantage of the vacant spot.
The Tour is not recommended for do with baby strollers.
