Overview
In Spanish gastronomy, it all starts in the produce market. So that's what we’ll visit: the local market in my neighbourhood. Just 10 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor, in La Latina. Here, we'll go through the stands and the history that shapes our cuisine. Fishmonger, vegetables and fruits, butchers.
And I'll make sure you try the real icons of our gastronomy: 100% Iberian ham, proper extra-virgin olive oil, aged Spanish cheese, and seasonal produce.
Everything we taste along the way is included.
After we finish, you can choose to continue with a pairing lunch at 13:00 of 5 drinks, 6 tapas, and dessert, or with a cocktail pairing dinner at 20:00 of 3 drinks, seafood paella, tapas, and dessert.
