Overview
Los Angeles is a city of contrasts: rich and poor, historic and modern, world-class art museums just blocks from vibrant murals that celebrate culture. I have been walking these streets since I was born, and my goal is to take you through time and reveal a side of Los Angeles that only a local could share.Don’t take another step... without MarlonWalksLA!
The Broad Museum (2015), Walt Disney Concert Hall (2003), murals like El Nuevo Fuego (1984), Los Angeles City Hall (1928), Grand Central Market (1917), Angels Flight (1901), Bradbury Building (1893), and ending at Placita Olvera (1781)
About Me:
Born and raised in Los Angeles, our tour starts 10 minutes from the hospital where I was born. Like my city, I am multicultural and multilingual. My mom is from Guatemala, my dad is from El Salvador, and my Spanish is Mexican. Additionally, I speak Mandarin Chinese and spent a year abroad living in China. Like you, I love traveling, learning, and meeting new people. My goal is to show you a version of Los Angeles that you would never see otherwise. To bring together the modern world with our "ranchero" roots.
