From there, you’ll head to the kitchen—either at your home, a community cooking space, or one of our partner restaurants—to prepare classic dishes such as Ugali, Isombe, Ibihaza, and traditional Brochettes. Step by step, your host will guide you through each technique, sharing stories about family traditions, regional flavors, and the role food plays in bringing people together.

On arrival
Inkingi Art Center, located in the Kacyiru neighborhood, near the former American Embassy and opposite the Kigali Public Library. The entrance has a visible sign that reads "Inkingi Art", and the venue is well known among locals. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. Your guide will be waiting at the entrance, wearing a name badge or holding a sign with your name.
