I propose a 2-hour walking tour of Hanoi, adapted to your individual pace.
First we'll immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the old French colonial quarter, with its wide, shady avenues and majestic buildings.
We'll start at the Hotel Metropole, right in the heart of this Hausmanian architectural district nicknamed the "Little Paris of Asia".
Then we'll pass by beautiful buildings such as the former residence of the governor of Tonkin, before arriving at the opera house.
Via rue Trang Tien, we reach the legendary Hoan Kiem lake, with its Turtle Island and flamboyant red bridge.
A complete change of atmosphere with the old quarter of the 36 professional guilds, with its unique architecture: the tube houses.
We'll wander through a maze of winding streets and constant bustle.
From the lake, we take rue Hang Dao, with its unique tube-house architecture.
