We offer more than just a food tour. We invite you on a sensory journey through Hanoi’s soul, guided by locals who were born and raised in the city, who don’t just show you food, but help you connect with the stories behind it.
Your walk begins with freshly steamed bánh cuốn so soft it melts on your tongue, followed by a quiet moment on the breezy Long Bien Bridge. You’ll wander through Dong Xuan Market, then stop by a sizzling hot pan of grilled fish, rich with herbs and history. A crispy bánh mì in hand, followed by golden bánh xèo wrapped in herbs and dipped in perfect fish sauce, each bite will tell you: this is the Hanoi you’ve been searching for. We conclude with a delicate local dessert, a sweet and refreshing note to close a flavourful journey.
Our tours are small, slow, and personal. No rushing, no scripts, just great food, good company, and stories told through every bite. We don’t just take you out to eat. We bring you into Hanoi’s heart.

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
