On arrival
Meet your guide directly under the central arch of O Quan Chuong gate (the last surviving gate of the ancient citadel). Look for a guide wearing a light-colored shirt and holding a sign with the 'Vietnamcharm' logo. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.

* Dress Code: Please ensure your clothing covers shoulders and knees for religious/solemn sites.
Weather: The tour operates in light rain; in case of extreme storms, we will contact you 2 hours before rescheduling or refund.
Note: Interior access to the Citadel is only available for daytime tours.
