Join our amazing Yellow Tour in Cappadocia! KIZILCUKUR is a secluded valley behind Urgup, with impressive rock formations and beautiful churches carved into the rock. The most interesting part of this area is the countless routes that connect the small towns and cities through vineyards and gardens, like a spider's web! It is always possible to see villagers working in the area and offering you grapes, apples, or apricots.
CAVUSIN: One of the oldest settlements in the area, located 2 km from Goreme, on the road from Göreme to Avanos. The Church of San Juan Bautista offers a panoramic view of the town. This church and its paintings date back to the 5th century, making it the oldest church in the region. It had a large courtyard, which is unusual for Cappadocia, although it has been eroded over time.
Underground City: One of the largest and deepest of the 40 in Cappadocia. Both have eight floors, although not all are open to the public.
PIGEON HOUSE: Visit the pigeon houses and rock formations.
ONYX FACTORY: Our last stop will be at a local onyx factory, where we will witness a carving demonstration and purchase onyx. Do not miss it!
