FES-IFRANE-AZROU-MIDELT-MERZOUGA Embark on a captivating seven-hour excursion to Merzouga, traversing the picturesque Middle Atlas Mountains.
Our journey takes us through the expansive cedar forest near Ifrane, often referred to as the "Garden City" of Morocco. A brief stop in this serene setting allows for a refreshing break before we proceed through Azrou, Midelt, and the stunning Ziz Gorges.
As we approach, the natural sand dunes of Erg Chebbi will gradually come into view. After a few more hours, we'll arrive in Merzouga, where our welcoming hosts will be ready to initiate our desert adventure.
DAY 2:
MERZOUGA-SHARA DESERT Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over Erg Chebbi before trekking back to Merzouga. Enjoy a hearty breakfast and refresh yourself before our return journey to Fez.
Our team will guide you through the enchanting Ziz Valley, continuing our route through the Middle Atlas. Take a brief pause in the cedar forest to observe and feed the Barbary apes. In the evening, our driver will ensure your safe return to your accommodation, train station, or airport upon our arrival in Fes.
