Overview

Make the most of your afternoon in Cusco with a complete tour of its most important Inca and colonial sites. Begin at Qorikancha, the legendary Temple of the Sun, where your guide will explain how Inca engineering and colonial architecture blend in one place.

Continue to Sacsayhuamán, the impressive stone fortress that overlooks the entire city, before exploring the ceremonial site of Qenqo. The journey then takes you to Puka Pukara, an ancient military outpost, and finally to Tambomachay, known for its ritual fountains dedicated to water worship.

A professional English-speaking guide accompanies you throughout the route, and comfortable transport between all sites is included. Pick-up is available from hotels in or near the historic center or from a central meeting point.
