Overview of the tour in Cordoba
The Patios of Cordoba attract every year millions of tourists from all over the world. We will enter one of the most characteristic and beautiful neighborhoods of Cordoba: San Basilio, where we will discover its beautiful and well-kept private patios. We will visit the patios without crowds and with the tranquility they deserve, accompanied by a guide in Spanish that will solve all your concerns and curiosities.
We will enter 5 different private houses, whose owners will be able to answer all kinds of questions about their patios. In addition, we will learn about the most characteristic flowers, the historical evolution of the Mediterranean patios, and the elements of the material culture and the daily life of Cordoba that characterize them.
Between December 6 and January 5, during our visit to the patios we will also enjoy a unique atmosphere while we discover the role they play during the celebration of Christmas, with seasonal plants, carols or nativity scenes, which give life to these corners during the Christmas season.
Not included: Entrance to 5 paid courtyards of Cordoba. 5,5 € to be paid to the guide at the meeting point.

On arrival
Meeting point: In front of the Torre de los Leones, in the esplanade of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos in Córdoba. Look for a blue-green flag or umbrella with the name Paseando por Europa.
Things to note
- According to patio regulations, umbrellas cannot be opened inside the patio to avoid possible damage to the plants. We recommend that you bring a raincoat in case rain is forecast.
- Please arrive 15 minutes in advance so that the visit can begin punctually.
- Our guides will be identified with a blue-green flag or umbrella and the company logo: Paseando por Europa.
- Show the guide, at the meeting point, the booking confirmation email, either printed or via mobile or tablet.
- The entrance to the five courtyards has a cost of 5,50 euros per person, to be paid to the guide at the meeting point. He will be in charge of buying the tickets.
- Group bookings of more than 6 adults must pay 8 euros per adult. The maximum allowed is 3 children per adult.
- If your group is more than 6 adults and you have made several separate reservations under different names, but all for the same group, you will have to pay 8 € per adult. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept you on the tour and the guide may ask you to leave the tour.
