Experience Cologne at night at its most impressive. This photo walk takes you to the city’s most beautiful spots—from Cologne Cathedral to the Kranhäuser and the Old Town. Together with a Cologne-based photographer, you’ll discover unique perspectives and learn how to compose night shots effectively.
This isn’t a traditional city tour, but rather an immersive photography experience with a personal guide. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow tips on exposure, long-exposure shots, light trails, and composition. The itinerary is flexibly tailored to the group and is suitable for both beginners and advanced photographers.
We’ll start at the KölnTriangle and visit the observation deck. From there, we’ll follow a carefully selected route to the city’s most photogenic spots. These include the Hohenzollern Bridge, the Severins Bridge, the Rheinauhafen, the Old Town, and Cologne Cathedral.
You can participate with an SLR, mirrorless, or point-and-shoot camera. A tripod is required for this tour; if you don’t have one, please let us know in advance.
