Overview of the tour in Cairo
The tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza for an exciting excursion to Memphis, Egypt's first capital until the end of the Old Kingdom in 3200 BC. Explore the colossal statue of King Ramses II near Memphis.
Then, we'll head to Sakkara, the City of the Dead, to see the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest stone structure in the world, built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser around 2630 BC. Next, we'll visit Dahshur, where King Senefru, founder of the 4th Dynasty, built the first true pyramid.
You'll see the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. At the end of the tour, you'll be taken back to your hotel.
