A tour of the Berlin Wall
and the History of the Cold War

Used as a bargaining chip at the end of World War II, Berlin is the city in which the Cold War materialized as a wall. After the division of German territory between Truman, Churchill, and Stalin, it became a coveted capital for the control of Western Europe, and consequently in the city of espionage par excellence.

In this tour, we can see what the presence of a wall surrounding the city, the daily life of the Berliners, really meant. No doubt there is no city better than Berlin to understand the Cold War, a history so close that we can still speak of it in the present, and where we can once again prove that the history of Berlin is the history of Europe.

During the 3:00 hours walking tour of the Berlin Wall we will review the most recent history of the city and the most important events of the Cold War.

This activity includes:

  • Palacio de las Lágrimas (Tränenpalast)
  • Estación fantasma de Nordbahnhof
  • Memorial del muro de Bernauer Strasse y la franja de la muerte
  • East Side Gallery
