Use Map Apps in Advance: It is recommended to download navigation apps such as Google Maps or Baidu Maps on your phone beforehand. Open the app and search for "Exit C, Beitucheng Subway Station" – the app will provide detailed route guidance, including how to get there from your current location by subway, bus, or on foot. For example, if you are at a nearby hotel, the map can show the specific walking route from the hotel to the subway station and the estimated time required.

Pay Attention to Subway Station Signs: Beitucheng Station is an interchange station for Beijing Subway Line 8 and Line 10. Inside the subway station, keep an eye on the hanging signposts, which clearly indicate the directions to each exit in both Chinese and English. Usually, the signposts will show the arrow direction for Exit C clearly – just follow the arrows to find it. In addition, there may also be directional markers on the floor of the station to guide passengers to different exits.

Use Surrounding Landmarks: Exit C of Beitucheng Station is located near Beichen Road and Beitucheng East Road, with access to the Beijing Winter Olympic Village. You can remember these landmark locations; when you see relevant road signs or buildings, you will have a general idea of where Exit C is.

Seek Help from Staff: If you cannot find Exit C inside the subway station, you can ask for help from the subway staff. Beijing Subway staff usually speak basic English. You can ask in simple English: "Excuse me, where is Exit C of Beitucheng Subway Station?" The staff will provide enthusiastic assistance and guidance.

Arrive at the Meeting Point Early: It is advisable to plan your time in advance and try to arrive at Beitucheng Subway Station early, leaving sufficient time to find Exit C. This way, even if you encounter minor issues during your search, you will not miss the meeting time.

Please ensure that all travelers carry valid ID documents/passports on the travel day. We will collect the ID documents of other travelers on site to issue e-tickets.

Please leave your email address and phone number, and download WeChat/Alipay in advance so that your guide or coordinator can contact you beforehand. They do use WhatsApp or iMessage, but these applications may sometimes be offline here.
