In the 1 hour Tai Chi experience you will learn Tai Chi Taoism knowledge, basic relaxation forms, typical Tai Chi movements, and self-massage methods. Instructed by English English-speaking master, you will understand what makes Tai Chi so popular today across the world and how Tai Chi maintains our good health.
In our Tea house, you have a chance to taste 4- 5 types of different Chinese tea and 3-5 snacks. Assisted by our Tea master, you can distinguish the Tea quality by yourself, enjoy the Kungfu Tea ceremony, and learn the Tea culture in China, the way to relax and meditate while sipping tea.
