Tour of Beijing: Great Wall, Forbidden City & Tiananmen Square
Overview
After a 1.5-hour drive, arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall. First, enjoy a buffet lunch of authentic Chinese dishes with soft drinks to prepare for your afternoon tour. Then avoid the crowds to hike and take in the best-preserved and most popular Mutianyu Great Wall for at least 2.5 hours. The round-way cable car ride or chairlift, and toboggan will be arranged for you.
To relieve your fatigue from the Great Wall hiking, we arrange for you a complimentary tea break for around 30 minutes before getting back. You will experience a Chinese tea ceremony to learn about traditional tea cultures. Finally, your guide and driver will transfer you back to downtown and drop you off at your hotel.

On arrival
Pick-up Service: We offer free pick-up within the Third Ring Road of Beijing. Since Beijing is a vast city, to ensure a smooth and timely morning pick-up, we recommend choosing a centrally located downtown hotel.
If your hotel is outside our free pick-up range, you may need to pay an additional fee for extra-mile transfers or proceed to a designated meeting point. For any pick-up inquiries, your dedicated travel consultant is available to assist you at any time.

Important note: Entrance tickets for the Forbidden City are usually released online seven days in advance and tend to sell out quickly. We recommend booking the tour at least eight days in advance, as ticket purchases follow a real-name policy.
A private tour will be offered exclusively for you if you have 9 people or more. Group Size: Approximately 12 people. In rare cases (about 10% of tours), the group may slightly exceed this number, but we will ensure a smooth experience. Monday Itinerary Adjustment: Since the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays, we have carefully designed the tour to include a morning visit to the Summer Palace instead of Tiananmen Square & the Forbidden City when applicable.
Guaranteed Departures: Tours operate with a minimum of three people.
Travel Requirement: Please carry your valid passport on the day of travel. Public Holidays: Please be aware that there will be large crowds and heavy traffic in Chinese public holidays like May Day from May 1st to 5th and National Day from Oct 1st to 7th. We will do our best to arrange the tour.
