picTour is the photo tour! We know how important a photo is when traveling, and that's why in all our tours you can take a special souvenir with you: an instant photo printed on the spot! If you already have or capture a picture you love, just let the guide know, and we'll make it happen!

Our Guides
On arrival
We will be right outside the Carolina Herrera store, on the sidewalk across from La Pedrera (Casa Milà), with a multicolored umbrella and some clothes with the agency's logo. Approach the guide and ask him about your tour. Don't worry, believe me, we will be the only ones with such an umbrella!
Things to note
If you are unable to attend the tour, be sure to cancel your reservation so that other travelers can take your place. As there is a maximum number of people allowed on a tour by law, if you do not arrive on time, your place may be given to someone else.

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
