IMPORTANT:
We use radio guides during our tours, which is mandatory by the city hall. It’s 1€ per person.

Please remember that the suggested tip at the end of the tour is between 15-30€ per person, depending on your satisfaction.

Things to note

If you can't make it to the tour, please make sure you cancel your reservation, so other travelers can take your place.

As there’s a maximum of persons allowed in a tour by law, if you’re not on time your place could be given to someone else.

°From March 1, 2023, the tour will be done with radio guides that will cost €1 per person.

Kids MUST be included in the booking

If you're a group of more than 6 people, even in different bookings you will need to pay a minimum of 12€ per person before the tour starts.

Free Cancellation

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
