Explore Montjuic on a Free Walking Tour
Overview
Here we will learn about its history, before continuing to the National Art Museum of Catalonia, where we will tell you about the 1929 Expo. At this point, we will continue the walk up to the '92 Olympic Ring and the stadium where FC Barcelona currently plays. We will move on to the Montjuïc Municipal Pools, a photographic icon of the city during the Olympics.
As a continuation, we will start climbing toward the Montjuïc Castle. In this last part of the tour, the incline will be more intense, but fear not, because we will make two stops: the first at the Joan Brossa Gardens and the second at the Mirador de l'Alcalde, where we will admire one of the best views of the city. We will end the tour in front of Montjuic Castle after a two-and-a-half-hour visit.
This activity includes:
- Mirador de l'Alcalde
- Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium
- Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya
- Montjuïc Castle
- Olympic Ring
- Jardins de Joan Brossa
- Visita guidata
