Next is the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum - even if you don’t go inside, the building stands out and worst to take photos of it. After that, Deniz Mall adds a modern contrast. We can have some free time inside of it.
Then you take the Baku Funicular up.
At the top - Martyrs' Lane and Highland Park. From here you get the full view: the city, the bay, and the Flame Towers right in front of you.
