Overview
Embark on an enchanting journey to unravel the rich tapestry of Azerbaijan's history and natural wonders on a day trip from Baku to Gobustan and Absheron. Visit the Bibiheybat Mosque, Gobustan’s mud volcanoes, the Rock Art Museum, the Burning Mountain, the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre, and more.
Begin your day with a visit to the The World’s First Industrially Drilled Oil Well, 1846, and then continue your journey with Bibiheybat Mosque a symbol of spiritual tranquility and architectural brilliance.
Prepare to be spellbound by the natural spectacle of Gobustan's mud volcanoes, creating a surreal lunar-like landscape, followed by an immersion into ancient petroglyphs at the Gobustan Rock Art Museum, offering a captivating glimpse into the art and culture of a bygone era.
Continue the journey to the Fire Temple, a potent symbol of Azerbaijan's Zoroastrian heritage. Witness the mystical flames at the Yanar Dag Burning Mountain and encounter the deeply rooted traditions.
Conclude your tour at the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre as a sightseeing point, a modern architectural masterpiece that stands in stark contrast to the historical sites you've visited.
