Overview
We begin at the city’s most famous square, then stroll through charming streets to the Roman Agora, once alive with trade, politics, and daily life. Nearby, we’ll explore the legacy of Emperor Hadrian at the grand arch and the ruins of his impressive library.
Next, we pass the elegant Choragic Monument of Lysicrates, a graceful tribute to theatrical triumphs, before standing beneath the towering columns of the Temple of Olympian Zeus - once one of the largest temples in the ancient world.
But the real magic? It comes at the end - when we slip away from the crowds and climb to a quiet, hidden spot only locals know. From there, the Panathenaic Stadium stretches below, and just beyond it, the Acropolis appears - framed perfectly in the distance.
It’s a peaceful, unforgettable view… the kind that stays with you long after you’ve left the city.

You can easily find me by searching on Syntagma Square for a girl holding a stick with a purple-white bandana/scarf. Check the tour photos for the exact location.

Please wear comfortable shoes, bring water/hat/sunscreen if needed.
Note that the tour will not enter archaeological sites, but only view them from the outside.
This is a tip-based tour. There’s no set price—you're welcome to contribute what you feel the experience was worth at the end. Most guests typically tip between €10 and €50, depending on how much they enjoyed the tour and what they’re comfortable giving.
We can adjust the route when possible for strollers or mobility needs, but due to Athens’ historic layout, some unavoidable stairs remain.
