We meet at a central metro station in Athens and start our tasting walking tour by having a "koulouri"(sesame bread) on the go as you hear interesting stories about the buildings we come across and the Athenian lifestyle. Next, we'll have a taste of plenty of Greek products of mother nature such as olives, olive oil, honey, cold cuts, wines, raki, and many more. As we continue our tour we'll make a stop at a historic coffee shop in Athens and have a Greek coffee made in the traditional way along with "loukoumi" dessert bites. Next, we'll visit a meat and dairy delicatessen shop where we'll taste their signature cold cuts along with local spirits. Expect to taste more than 15 local products and feel like you had a full lunch!
During this walking tour, you will also have the chance to learn interesting facts about the history of Athens and I will try to fulfill any requests you may have provided the rest of the participants are up to it!!
