On arrival
I’ll be waiting in front of Tanque La Unión, a historic public washhouse with many yellow arches.
I’ll be standing in front of the tank, facing La Unión Park. I’ll be wearing my official tour guide credential, so I should be easy to recognize. I’m usually the only female tour guide at this location.

All participants must follow the guide’s instructions throughout the tour.
- Participants must provide basic personal information to the guide, including their full name and passport number.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before starting the tour.
- For safety and cultural considerations, women should not wear shorts.
- Sandals are not permitted. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking.
- Do not bring valuable or unnecessary items, including jewelry, smartwatches, or large amounts of cash. -
- This tour is not suitable for seniors or travelers with limited mobility, as it involves walking and may include uneven surfaces and other physical demands.
This experience is suitable for solo travelers and couples only. No Groups, thanks for understanding.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
-The tour price does not include cost of transportation, food, or drinks during the tour. Any transportation costs must be paid directly by the traveler. (cash only)
- The guide’s tip is also not included and must be paid separately by the traveler.
By booking this tour, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow these requirements. If you do not agree with these guidelines, you will not be able to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
