Our Guides
On arrival
Meet us in front of the Stock Exchange (Beursplein 5), which is located on the main street between Central Station and Dam Square. Your guide will be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour, holding a yellow umbrella.
Things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The free tours is for individuals and small groups of up to 5 persons. Bigger groups can contact us for a private tour. We reserve the right to turn away multiple reservations resulting in groups bigger than 5 people. This includes different members of the same group attempting to join the tour by making several individual bookings.
In case of rain, we will do our very best to keep you dry during our tour. But we do ask you to dress appropriately for the weather gods of the day.
TOUR / SIGHTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON GUIDE AND WEATHER (WINTER) CONDITIONS. During winter and/or bad weather we tend to walk a shorter route.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
