On arrival
Your guide will wait for you in front of Äußeres Burgtor with the Yellow Prime Tours umbrella. Just follow the link from this email.
You meet your guide in front of the famous Äußeres Burgtor, where you will prepare for the tour, then you will pick up the Escooter and start your ride. :)

Participation in tours is strictly on a voluntary basis. Note: the self-employed freelance guides who are the providers of the tours promoted by Prime Rooms will not be held responsible in any way for injuries to body and property incurred during tours. The tour guides reserve the right to deny participation in any tour, to any person, for any reason. Thank you for understanding. :)
IMPORTANT:
Before the tour starts:
* Can you please fill out and sign the forms from the attachment of external email that you will get from us. They should be done per person and also signed, you can do it digitally and send us back or bring printed forms and hand them out to your guide.
* Please download the "Superpedestrian - Link" Escooter App to unlock the E-scooters, you must fully register yourself in order to participate in the tour. This step is also to be done per participant. App you can download for free on IOS store or Google App Store.
* There are no additional costs, before the tour start we will give you Vouchers that you type in the Link app, and that’s it, you are ready to roll! :)

Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
