Our tour begins in Plaza Vázquez de Molina. Here, we'll visit the interior of the Sacra Capilla del Salvador del Mundo (Chapel of the Savior of the World) and admire the architecture and inner courtyard of the Palacio del Deán Ortega (Dean Ortega Palace).
We'll continue our walk, immersing ourselves in the charm of its traditional streets, strolling through medieval Úbeda and its historic neighborhoods: the Francisco de los Cobos neighborhood, the site of Saint John of the Cross's death, and the San Pablo neighborhood, where we'll discover Úbeda's first public fountain, the old town hall, and the Church of San Pablo.
Finally, we'll witness the splendor of the palaces before the highlight of our tour. We'll visit the Old Granary and Bishop's Prison, the Palace of the Marquis of Mancera, the Palace of Juan Vázquez de Molina, and conclude at the Basilica of Santa María de los Reales Alcázares. As a grand finale, we'll enter this former mosque and the third church in the Diocese of Jaén.
