Overview
The city was the residence of the Catholic Monarchs during the war of succession to the throne of Castile against the Beltraneja and the Marquis of Villena, Lord of Trujillo and where they signed the peace. It was also here that King Ferdinand the Catholic was named King, the Crowns of Castile and Aragon were united and the Catholic Monarchs were recognized for the first time as Kings of Spain, thus making the city also the "Cradle of Hispanity". Thanks to its cultural legacy, the name of Trujillo resonates throughout the world.

On arrival
Meeting point: We will be waiting for you at the meeting point located at the central fountain of the main square of Trujillo, in front of the equestrian statue of Francisco Pizarro. Our tour guide will be wearing a T-shirt or corporate vest and a visible official accreditation. Ask for Susana, Mar or Xavi.
The tour usually starts at the same meeting point in the Plaza Mayor, depending on the weather. If you arrive late, please let us know in advance and call by phone to find out the exact location of the group.
Things to note
- It is advisable to go to the meeting point about 15 minutes before the start of the activity, to pick up the distinctive stickers and the Tourist Passport.
