Meeting Point: Plaza Mayor, in front of the Equestrian Statue of Francisco Pizarro (look for guide Susana in company gear). Please arrive 15 minutes early.

On arrival
- We’ll be waiting for you at the meeting point in Trujillo’s Plaza Mayor, next to the equestrian statue of Francisco Pizarro. Our Official Tour Guide will be wearing a company T-shirt or vest and will have visible official identification. Please ask for Susana.
- The tour usually starts at the meeting point in the Plaza Mayor, depending on the weather. If you are running late, please let us know in advance and call to find out exactly where the group is located.
Things to note
Please note:
- For organizational purposes, we recommend booking well in advance and arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity begins to pick up your Trujillo Tourist Passport Ticket and the identifying stickers. Booking is quick and easy, but if you have any questions or trouble making your reservation online in time, you can call us directly.
- The tour is guaranteed to run with a minimum of 4 participants, ages 12 and up.
- Schedule subject to change depending on the season. Please check in advance. The establishment reserves the right to change the tour schedule or cancel the activity in cases of force majeure, due to weather conditions, failure to reach the minimum number of participants, etc.

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
