Overview
Guided tour of the Underground Toledo, a walk under and above the old city. Our most famous route, as nobody else does in this city. At present we visit 5 subway spaces. We also walk outside, through different streets and corners of the city, it is not all the time underground. And at night, or in the afternoon. Book early for this route, it fills up fast. ORIGINAL ROUTE, in which we visit exclusive subway spaces, such as the Roman baths, Roman remains of the most impressive thermal baths of the city and at night.
He who does not know the undergrounds of Toledo really does not know the city. Under the walls and gates of old Toledo, preserved as treasures, are hidden hundreds of cellars, caves, galleries.
We narrate the subway history of the city, but looking for private locations and essentially highlighting the history, anecdotes and curiosities of these spaces and their location in time.
Important notice: from 9/12/25 the basement of San Ginés and the basement in the Jewish quarter will not be visited, accessing instead the impressive Pozo del Salvador and the Arab baths of Cenizal.

On arrival
You will have to be 15 minutes before the reserved time in our office, in SIXTO RAMÓN PARRO STREET, number 9, behind the Cathedral (look for the Rutas de Toledo sign, near the Manchego Cheese Museum and at the door with the methacrylate "Rutas de Toledo", enter. At the back of the courtyard is our office)
Things to note
No pets, baby strollers or wheelchairs are allowed. Route not accessible.
Important notice: from July 1, 2025 Thermae will not be visited, instead we will access another private location of the same Roman baths, also unusual and curious.
