On arrival
Calle Armas 3, in front of the cafeteria RODILLA, at the beginning of the Plaza de Zocodover. Our guide will carry a small colorful flag.
Things to note
We do not accept reservations for groups of more than 6 people (including reservations in the name of different people). If we detect that you are a large group, we will proceed to cancel the reservations.
Minimum number of participants: A minimum of 6 people is required to take the tour.
Additional expenses: The tour does not require the payment of entrance fees or additional expenses.
Free cancellation: If you will not be able to attend the tour, please cancel the reservation, otherwise the guide will be waiting for you.
Payment methods: Electronic or credit card payment is accepted.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
