Overview of the tour in Toledo

Enjoy with us a tour of Historic Toledo, a route in which we will have the following ingredients: History, art, architecture, legends and curiosities of this beautiful city. An introductory Free Tour to one of the most beautiful and charming cities in Spain.

We will start our route through the famous Plaza Zocodover, talking about its evolution and history. We will continue along Calle de la Plata and its famous trompe l'oeils. We will inquire about the Toledo of the 3 Cultures and the Mudejar Art.

We will walk through the highest part of the city, the Alcázar de Toledo, a rock fortification, towards the center of the city, and we will pass by the Cristo de la Luz Mosque, the second oldest in Spain. But we will also know the Cathedral of Toledo! It is located in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the second largest cathedral after Seville.

We will walk through the streets of the Barrio de los Cobertizos, admiring some of its most important convents and learning more about Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer.

Meeting Point: In Zocodover Square, next to the Adolfo Boutique Hotel and Burger King. There are several companies in the area. Please look for a BLUE GREEN umbrella/flag with the name WALKING THROUGH EUROPE and ask for your guide.

Attention! There are other companies at the same meeting point with similar colours, please pay attention, and ask for Paseando por Europa.
Look for teal-green umbrellas or flags.

• Please arrive 15 minutes in advance because the tour will depart on time.
• Show the guide, at the meeting point, the reservation confirmation email either in print or by mobile phone or tablet.
• If you are not going to attend the tour, please cancel your reservation so that someone else can take your place. Remember that there is no type of cost or surcharge.
• For groups of more than 6 adults, the price will be €8 per person, which must be paid to the guide at the meeting point.
