My name is Jaime Giner. I was born and raised in Beceite, a town with a medieval spirit located in the heart of the Matarraña region. As someone deeply familiar with its history and traditions, I’ll guide you through its most iconic spots to discover the Templar legacy that still endures in its streets, as well as the Muslim castle of Bayt Zayd, the origin of modern-day Beceite. During the tour, we’ll also explore the valleys, rivers, and tributaries surrounding the town, with a special focus on the Matarraña River, whose waters have shaped one of the most beautiful landscapes in Aragon. A journey brimming with history, nature, and fascinating facts that only a local guide can share from the inside.
