You’ll follow the Mtkvari River north through Rike Park and the lively Marjanishvili district. The run continues along the river, passing the Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, Clock Tower, and the Bridge of Peace. Metekhi Church offers panoramic views of the old town.
With mostly paved paths and gentle elevation, this route is ideal for runners of all levels. It offers a unique blend of riverside serenity, urban life, and architectural variety. Morning and evening are the best times to enjoy cooler temperatures and beautiful lighting.
Whether you’re visiting or local, this loop offers a perfect mix of exercise and sightseeing in under an hour. Suitable for running or fast walking, it’s a refreshing way to experience the soul of Tbilisi.

Weather: The tour runs rain or shine, just dress appropriately!

Safety: We’ll mostly run on sidewalks and parks, but please stay aware of traffic at crossings.
Language: The tour will be in English (but smiles are universal).
