The tour is exclusively for 12 years and older. Children under that age are not accepted, especially during the Christmas Markets. This measure is due to previous experiences where children complaining about the cold or parents with baby strollers hindered the circulation in the most crowded areas of the tour.

Your guide will be waiting for you under the Strasbourg Christmas tree on Place Kléber with a red umbrella on the day of the tour. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time, do not forget to attach your WhatsApp number to contact you the day before the tour.

2.- Headphones: So that you don't miss a single detail, we offer headphones for only 1 € per person. We only provide headsets to those over 15 years old; the euro is non-refundable and must be paid at the beginning of the tour.
3.- Cancellations: If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation directly from the platform. This way, your place will be available for someone else.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
