Failure to comply with this rule may result in the group NOT being admitted to the tour.

You will find us in the parking lot outside the Parador Nacional Castillo de Sigüenza with a white or yellow umbrella and a smile.

Please note:
Regardless of what time you have booked, the tour begins at 11:30 a.m. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
The tour duration is approximate (1:30 h or 2:30 h) and may vary depending on the group’s pace and size; it may be shorter or longer.
Sigüenza is a city with steep, cobblestone streets.
To reach the castle, you’ll need to climb a steep hill.
There are no bars or public restrooms in the area.
For these reasons, we recommend leaving home prepared with comfortable shoes.
A city tour does not include admission to any monuments or museums; it is a guided walk through the city highlighting the most important sites, after which each participant can decide where they want to go inside or what they want to visit.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for the tour.

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
