Tour Highlights & 5 Food Stops:
Stop 1: Traditional Noodle Stand – Sample Nom Banh Chok (Khmer noodles), freshly made fermented rice noodles smothered in a rich, green fish curry sauce topped with fresh herbs and banana flower petals.
Stop 2: Street-Side Stir-Fry Stall – Try Lort Cha, short stir-fried rice pin noodles cooked over high heat with egg, chives, bean sprouts, and a savory local sauce.
Stop 3: Authentic Family Eatery – Taste Fish Amok, Cambodia’s signature dish—freshwater fish steamed into a velvety, fragrant coconut and lemongrass curry served in banana leaf cups.
Stop 4: Vibrant Local Night Market – Explore night stalls to sample charcoal-grilled skewers, Kralan (sticky rice with coconut roasted in bamboo tubes), or brave crispy fried delicacies like crickets.
Stop 5: Sweet Dessert & Drink Spot – Round off the tour with Nom Krok (crispy coconut pancakes cooked in cast-iron pans) or fresh seasonal fruits alongside traditional coconut
