Guided Tour around Segovia: Cathedral and Alcazar
Overview
We will stroll through the Barrio de las Canonjías, the old ecclesiastical quarter of Segovia, and continue to the Plaza de la Merced and continue along the Calle Marqués del Arco, full of stores and traditional crafts.
We will arrive at the Cathedral of Segovia, the majestic Lady of Cathedrals, where we will discover the elegance of its late Gothic style and its artistic jewels.
Afterwards, we will walk through the Jewish Quarter, with its narrow alleys and the Corpus Square, until we reach the Plaza Medina del Campo, surrounded by Renaissance palaces, and the lively Calle Real, the commercial and monumental axis of Segovia.
We will finish in the Plaza del Azoguejo, in front of the imposing Roman Aqueduct, eternal symbol of the city and perfect ending of our tour.

Meeting point: Plazuela de Juan Guas, next to the Alcazar gate. Look for a blue-green flag with the name Paseando por Europa.
Things to note
- Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. The guide will not be able to wait out of respect for the group, since we must access the monument punctually.
- The Paseando por Europa guides carry blue-green flags.
- Show your reservation (printed or on your cell phone) to the Walking Europe guide at the meeting point.
- The use of radio guides is mandatory in both buildings (LiveVoice app).
- Remember to bring your headphones.
- Is the tour cancelled if it rains? No, we always go out!
- Once the activity is over, you can access the Episcopal Palace on the same day. To do so, you just need to show the confirmation voucher of your booking with Paseando por Europa.
