Our Guides
On arrival
We meet at our agency office in the Old Town—it's the perfect starting point!
Address: Veliki Alifakovac 8, Sarajevo
How to find us: We are located right behind the famous Inat Kuća (Spite House), directly across the street from the Hadžijska Mosque. Just look for the parrot logo right above our entrance door! Meeting Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts so we can check you in and start on time.
Things to note
Dietary Requirements & Allergies: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available, but must be requested at the time of booking. Please notify us of any severe food allergies in advance so we can adapt the tasting menu accordingly.
A True Local Experience: This is an authentic food tour focusing on traditional, home-cooked dishes and heritage. We visit small, family-owned local spots, away from the standard commercial tourist tracks.
What’s Included: The tour includes multiple food tastings (equivalent to a very generous, full lunch), traditional coffee/tea, and water. Additional non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks outside the set menu are not included.
Moderate Walking: The tour involves a leisurely walk through the cobbled streets of the Old Town (Baščaršija). We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
Weather Conditions: Food tastes great in any weather! The tour runs rain or shine. In case of rain, most of our stops are indoors or well-covered.
Cash is King: While your food tastings are fully covered by the tour price, we recommend bringing some local cash (BAM/KM) if you wish to buy extra souvenirs, local ingredients, or traditional pastries to take home, as small local shops often do not accept credit cards.
Family Friendly: This tour is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
