Sarajevo

On arrival

Meeting point: In front of the main entrance of Sarajevo City Hall, also known as Vijećnica.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the tour starts. Your guide will be waiting in front of the main entrance of Sarajevo City Hall, one of the most recognizable buildings in the Old Town. Sarajevo City Hall is located near Baščaršija and the Miljacka River, and it is easy to find on foot, by taxi, or by tram. If you are coming by tram, the closest stop is Baščaršija. From there, Sarajevo City Hall is only a short walk away.

The tour starts on time, so we recommend checking the location in advance and allowing extra time if you are coming from another part of the city.

Things to note

The tour takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the weather and bringing water during warmer days. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the tour starts at the meeting point in front of the main entrance of Sarajevo City Hall.

The tour is suitable for first-time visitors, couples, families, solo travelers, and anyone who wants to understand Sarajevo through local stories, history, culture, and everyday life.
