Overview
Our first stop will be a winery in Cambados, the birthplace of Albariño wine, where we will tour the vineyards and discover its elaboration process with a tasting included. Then, we will visit La Lanzada, where we will admire the ruins of a 10th-century castle and the famous chapel of Nuestra Señora de la Lanzada, a place full of legends and spirituality.
We will continue to the island of La Toja, famous for its hot springs and the iconic chapel of Las Conchas. From here, we will embark on a boat trip to visit the bateas, where mussels, oysters, and scallops are raised. As we sail, we will enjoy a tasting of mussels and fruity local wine.
Afterwards, we will explore Combarro, a charming fishing village full of hórreos, cruceiros, and cobblestone streets overlooking the estuary. Here, you will have free time to discover its gastronomy in one of its cozy restaurants.
After an unforgettable day, we will return to Santiago de Compostela after a nine-hour journey full of flavors, history, and unforgettable landscapes.
