Overview

We will depart from Santiago de Compostela to Betanzos, a city with a medieval historic center declared a Historic-Artistic Site. We will walk through its squares, churches, and cobblestone streets, and we will discover its past as one of the seven ancient capitals of the Kingdom of Galicia. In addition, you will have the opportunity to taste its famous Betanzos omelet, which is considered one of the best in Spain.
Our route continues to A Coruña, a vibrant city where the sea and history merge perfectly. We will visit the Tower of Hercules, the oldest Roman lighthouse in operation and a World Heritage Site. We will stroll along the promenade, enjoying the views of the Atlantic, and explore its old town with stops at the Plaza de María Pita, the Mirador de San Carlos, and Riazor Beach.
