History, Culture and much more in the city of San Salvador.
Overview
A walking tour in which we will walk about 5 to 6 km inside the city of San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador.
Throughout the tour you will learn about history in many points from politics, history of independence, indigenous people, etc.; we will also see our culture as Salvadorans from our traditions to part of our food.
We will start at the "Plaza Salvador del Mundo", national monument of the country, and we will arrive to the "Centro Historico". Throughout the tour we will visit more than 10 points of interest where we will learn point by point a lot of information about the country and our history.
On the tour you will also have the opportunity to taste one of our national beverages "Horchata" and have the opportunity to try other national dishes.
A tour given by a young Salvadoran (my person Javier) who wants to let you know every point of view of our national reality that we Salvadorans live day by day so you can learn a little more about our little thumb.

On arrival
When arriving at the Salvador del mundo square is more advisable to arrive by Uber or walking, to park you can park near "Plaza Madre Teresa de Calcuta" or in "67Avenida Sur" ask on the street where to park, then get to the center of the square where the monument is located and I will be identified by walking and I will wear a flag to identify me or by the colored bandana on my head and start the tour.
Things to note
Try to bring the following items for your comfort during the tour:
-Comfortable shoes: this as we will be walking for a good length of the tour.
-Water bottle: for hydration.
-Some snack or fruit to eat during the tour.
-Sunscreen: for the sunniest days (most of the year).
-Money in effect: to be able to consume local products along the route.
