Day & Night Free Tour Historic Downtown San Salvador
Overview
I have a small bohemian bar, only for friends and tourists.
In my tour we visit churches, squares, markets, restaurants and places to taste a high quality coffee or a national beer.
If you want to know the history and folklore, I recommend the morning tour, if you want a tour that includes bars and restaurants, I recommend the afternoon or evening tours.
Remember that we have a tropical climate, for your enjoyment, bring sunglasses, hat and umbrella. If you book the tour, I will send you a message with more information, don't forget to confirm your attendance.
We will visit the Hula Hula Market, El Rosario Church, Plaza Libertad, Los Ilustres Bistro, San Salvador Metropolitan Cathedral, Ex-Cuartel Market, El Calvario Church and National Library of El Salvador (BINAES).
This activity includes:
- Liberty Plaza
- Statue of Francisco Morazan
- Los Ilustres Bistro
- Church of the Rosary
- Hula Hula Market
On arrival
The meeting point will be at Plaza Francisco Morazán, in front of the National Theater.
Things to note
- I never cancel reservations, even if there is only one person for the tour.
- I accept bitcoins and credit and debit cards, Visa and MasterCard.
- Remember that on the 6:30 p.m. tour they visit bars and restaurants. The new National Library and churches are closed, but you can see them lit up from the outside.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
