Overview

Discover San Juan, Argentina, walking through its history, culture, and surprising details in this Free Walking Tour. We will start at the Bicentennial Theater and continue to the San Martin Station Cultural Center, the Civic Center, and the Franklin Rawson Provincial Museum of Fine Arts. Then, we will visit the Aldo Cantoni Stadium, the Parque de Mayo Velodrome Grandstand, and the Juan Victoria Auditorium.

We will continue to the Don Julio Museum, with its olive-growing tradition, and Sarmiento's Birth House, a symbol of national memory. Later, we will stop at a local wine shop to learn about the essence of San Juan wine and taste small samples of typical wine. The tour ends at the Cathedral Church of San Juan Bautista, with its majestic bell tower, and at the Plaza 25 de Mayo, the heart of the city.
