Let us guide you and make you enjoy a visit where history, data, and dates are not at odds with fun. In addition, you participate in the tour.
PLEASE NOTE:
Bookings for over 6 attendants must be communicated to us via e-mail, Freetour.com chat, or Whatsapp. They're going to be accepted, but we need to know it.
Maximum number of attendants permitted in our groups: 30 people.
For groups with 15 or more attendants, we'll use a radioguide system for your and our own comfort, making it easier to hear the guide correctly. It's completely free, but we ask you to be careful and use the devices correctly: they are quite expensive!!

On arrival
Between the Cathedral and the Church of San Sebastián. Look for our orange umbrella or kerchief.
Things to note
* Important: try to arrive in advance, at least 5-10 minutes before the official departure time.
* If you are not going to be able to attend, cancel your reservation. So we can know how many people to expect and your place is free for someone else.
* Bring comfortable clothes and shoes.
* Notify the guide if you have to leave before finishing the activity.
* If there are 4 people or less, the tour may not start.
* If you are a group of 6 or more, please inform the guide via Whatsapp, e-mail or chat. You'll be admitted but we need to know it.
* Maximum of attendants per tour: 30. If 15 or more, we'll use a radio guide system for your comfort, free of extra charge.
* Look for our orange umbrella. Our tours depart rain, shine, or snow.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
