On arrival
The meeting point will be arranged after booking. I can meet participants directly at Rovaniemi Train Station or pick them up from accommodation (hotel, Airbnb, hostel or guesthouse) within the central area of the city.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a smooth start to the experience. I recommend dressing warmly and in layers - temperatures can drop quite a lot at night.

Pick-up is included in Rovaniemi (central area).
I can also pick you up from the train station if you arrive by train.
The tour depends on the weather; in the event of extreme weather, it may be rescheduled.
It is recommended that you bring a hat, gloves, boots and warm socks.
