*ROUTE:* Hiking trail to Pedra do Telégrafo (1500 meters), Pedra do Telégrafo, Panoramic, Grumari, Prainha, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Barra da Tijuca and São Conrado.
*CHILDREN:* Children only allowed from 10 years old.
*RECOMMENDATIONS:* Bring water, sunscreen, and repellent. Wear sneakers, and comfortable clothes for walking (approximately 50 minutes by walk, with some steep stretches (medium level).
